Dr. Adrian Plüss’ practice focuses on national and international corporate law with its multiple links between corporate law and contract law, property law, intellectual property law, competition law, capital markets law, data protection law, insolvency law, tax law and the increasingly extensive administrative and regulatory law in industries such as finance, healthcare and energy.

Adrian Plüss advises companies (SMEs as well as larger companies) and entrepreneurs (also in M&A transactions and on succession issues) in these areas, serves as an active member of the board of directors and has been able to gain valuable experience and know-how of business correlations in this capacity. He also advises non-profit institutions.

As co-author of the handbook “Der Verwaltungsrat” (The Board of Directors) and of various commentaries on Swiss private law, as well as in numerous articles on a wide variety of topics, Adrian Plüss has dealt with a large number of current legal issues and has developed pragmatic solutions thereto.
