Dr. Petra Rihar ist auf Prozessführung und Schiedsrichtertätigkeit spezialisiert. Sie berät und vertritt Privatpersonen und Unternehmen vor staatlichen Gerichten und Schiedsgerichten in inländischen und grenzüberschreitenden Streitigkeiten, in Verfahren des einstweiligen Rechtsschutzes sowie bei der Anerkennung und Vollstreckung ausländischer Urteile. Sie berät auch im nationalen und internationalen Handels-, Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Arbeitsrecht und internationalen Privatrecht.
Petra Rihar war als Parteivertreterin, Schiedsrichterin, Rechtsexpertin und Sekretärin des Schiedsgerichts in zahlreichen institutionellen und ad hoc Schiedsverfahren, unter verschiedenen materiell- und verfahrensrechtlichen Regeln, tätig.
