Dr. Christian Alexander Meyer is a seasoned attorney at law and arbitrator. He specializes in complex long-term contracts combined with litigation, debt collection and arbitration. He accompanies and represents clients in difficult negotiations and contract drafting but also in litigation or arbitration and answers questions of compliance and antitrust law.

As arbitration chairman and arbitrator, he has many years of broad experience in numerous complex national and international arbitration proceedings, especially with more than two parties.

He serves the following industries at all levels of development, distribution and marketing: food, consumer and luxury goods, wine and viticulture, commodity trade, purchasing, sales, agency and distribution, automotive, development, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, software and multimedia. He is experienced in finance and accounting and is a member of numerous professional organizations.

Dr. Meyer lectures regularly in Switzerland and abroad, publishes legal articles, and continues his education. He is a pro bono foundation board member.
