We advise, assist and represent our clients in arbitration proceedings under the aegis of well-known arbitration institutions such as ICC, VIAC or Swiss Arbitration Centre, as well as in ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
Our practice covers a wide range of industries. We are regularly involved in complex domestic and international, two-party and multi-party arbitrations, such as post-merger disputes, abandonment of development projects or problems arising from supposedly simple contracts, such as industrial sales contracts under the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). We also have work experience in disputes related to foreign investments in state infrastructure (investor-state disputes).
