Dr. Stefano Caldoro specializes in advising companies in diverse industries and in various areas of business law. With a strong experience both as in-house counsel and Head Compliance in the industry sector and in law firms, he combines legal expertise and business know-how, knows the needs of companies and provides fast, professional and solution driven legal support.
He advises his clients in connection with their operational business activities (such as distribution, licensing, research & development and similar activities), their strategic projects and M&A transactions (such as acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures), due diligence investigations, corporate law issues, corporate governance, corporate finance as well as corporate compliance, in particular in the area of antitrust, anti-corruption, data protection, export controls and sanctions.
Furthermore, he provides comprehensive services related to the operational compliance management systems, including CMS set-up, management training, compliance audits and internal investigations.
